Here is a unique opportunity to align your business with an environmental cause in a high profile campaign. Where else can you get exposure in several of Australia's Iconic sailing events such as the Brisbane to Gladstone, Airlie Beach Race Week, Pittwater to Coffs and Coffs to Paradise. Having claimed the fastest solo circumnavigation of Australia in 2010, we are now chasing the monohull record in 2011 with the almighty Brindabella, the most famous offshore racing yacht in Australian Sailing. In 2012 we hope to chase the outright record with a 100ft plus trimaran.

Your sponsorship money goes to Save Our Seas Australia so they can continue their work in creating Awareness, promoting Alternatives, and taking Action to rid our world of plastic bags that are killing our marine life.

Type of sponsors required

There are many ways you can sponsor our campaign.

Naming Rights - Become the founding Naming Rights sponsor of Save Our Seas Australia and have your logos on all of our boats for a 12 month period as well as access to official functions.

Major Sponsors - Become a major sponsor of Save Our Seas Australia and have your logos on all our boats for a 12 month period as well as access to official functions.

Individual Sponsors - Sponsor a sailor to come aboard our yachts for a race. Whoever you sponsor becomes your companies representative.

Product Sponsors - We have a very long wish list and require sponsors to supply the following:

Naming Rights Sponsor - $100,000 - (1 Only)

Naming rights over entire campaign (both Save Our Seas Australia and SOS Ocean Racing) including prominant logo on all crew shirts, on mainsail, hull, spinnakers, website, and media background board. Mentioned in all press releases. Access to all official functions and your own function with Ian Thomson as a motivational speaker. Also includes corporate days on Sydney Harbour or Brisbane River / Moreton Bay.

Platinum Sponsors - $50,000 - (3 Only)

Large logo on mainsail, hull, website and media background boards. A press release upon signing up and inclusion in major press releases leading into record attempt. Access to all official functions and your own function with Ian Thomson as a motivational speaker. Also includes corporate days on Sydney Harbour or Brisbane River / Moreton Bay

Gold Sponsors - $20,000 - (10 Only)

Medium Logo on hull, website and media background boards. A press release upon signing up. Access to all official functions and your own function with Ian Thomson as a motivational speaker.

Individual Sponsors - Varied from $15,000 to $2,000

Want to be involved in a particular event? Sponsor an individual for a race. The person you sponsor will have your logos on their shirts and space will be allocated on the hull for each individual. Sponsor the whole individual or part sponsor them, there are many options. We have sailors seeking sponsors already so if you want to become involved, please contact us to discuss the options.

Media Supporters

The backbone of our campaign is the media. The more media we can get onboard the more coverage we can offer our sponsors. So if you want to help us cover our event, please contact us immediately with what you can offer us and we will put your logo up as a media supporter.

We are seeking a company to create a documentary, we are available for phone interviews or in person, we can provide images for articles.
